Hello there,

First of all, thanks for adding the internal notes to the plugin.


It would be really nice if you add a signature that is attached to the reply whenever a support member replies to a ticket.

One can edit that in the profile -> signature.

example: [Thanks for contacting the support.]


thanks for the effort you're doing on this addon it is the best.

    you can turn on the Advanced view for tickets, then they show the user information (sidebar) like in the forum and you can see the Signature.

    You can do this under: Configuration->Ticket System->Answers->View->Extended


    I hope this is what you had in mind.
