Closed Beta: Become Part of the New Aivor® AI Platform

A lot has been happening behind the scenes over the past few months.

From the very beginning, Aivor was more than “just” a plugin. What started as an AI extension for the WoltLab Suite has gradually evolved into something much bigger. With the next major update, we are taking the logical next step:

Aivor is being completely rebuilt – and is getting its own home at Aivor.ai.

No longer as part of Darkwood.Design, no longer as a pure plugin solution, but as an independent AI platform with its own infrastructure, its own API, and significantly expanded capabilities.

And this step is something we don’t want to take behind closed doors.

Why a Closed Beta?

Because Aivor is not built for glossy marketing demos, but for real-world, everyday use.

We want to know:

• How do the new WoltLab plugins perform under version 6.2?
• How does the new Aivor platform feel in daily workflows?
• Where does it break? What’s missing? What’s unnecessary?

What Will Be Tested in the Beta?

🔌 WoltLab Suite 6.2 Plugins (Release Candidates)

Beta testers will get access to the release candidate versions of all current Aivor plugins, including:

• Aivor: AI Users & Activity
• Aivor: Write Better
• Aivor: Forum
• Aivor: AI Moderator
• Aivor: Editor Integration

The goal is to test these plugins under real conditions in current WoltLab Suite 6.2 test environments – focusing on functionality, stability, and real-world usability.

🌐 The New Aivor.ai Platform

In parallel, you’ll be testing the entire new AI platform, completely independent of WoltLab:

• Aivor Chat – personal AI assistants with character
• Aivor Content Studio – automated blog posts, news, and reviews with CMS import
• Aivor Image Generator – including fine-tuning and Bring2Live (image → video)
• Aivor Lead Collector – Google Maps lead generation with optional AI-powered outreach

The platform is deliberately designed not only for WoltLab users, but also for:

• entrepreneurs
• startups
• agencies
• content projects using WordPress or other systems

Who Can Become a Beta Tester?

The closed beta is aimed at two groups:

• WoltLab administrators running a current WoltLab Suite 6.2 test instance
• Entrepreneurs and startups who want to use AI in real, everyday business scenarios – even outside the WoltLab ecosystem

This beta is not a beginner demo, but an active, hands-on test.

How Many Spots Are Available?

The closed beta is intentionally very limited:

👉 A maximum of 10 participants

Based on experience, these spots will fill up quickly.
